We were on the road by 9.00 Am and had a good run down arriving earlier than expected at quarter past two.
We were surprised how many empty pitches there were on the site, though the Steward remarked that the site had been at full capacity over the bank holiday weekends.
We drove all the way to Stroud looking for a filling station only to find when we got back that there was a Tesco supermarket and filling station only two miles away in the opposite direction to the one we had taken!
