Monday 7th May 2012: Off to Anglesey

We were out of the house by 9:00 AM and soon getting hitched up on the storage site

As we had expected traffic travelling in our direction was light, though there were very long queues on the A55 coming out of Wales. We arrived on site at just after 2:00 PM and used a pitch we had liked before.

We took our time getting pitched and sorted round, then drove back the two miles to Benllech where we enjoyed very good fish and chips and curry sauce, we were very impressed!

Followed by a brief walk along the seafront in the bay

We had been very fortunate with the weather, especially as it had been made out to be a very wet day, and we only got a couple of light showers.
